The '05 Drive
"A Drive Through Time"

$55/per person (catered lunch, souvenir, and donation to Lion's Club) Register by June 6, 2005.

If you like to drive that collectible car of yours as well as show it, we invite you to join us for this scenic tour to the coast and back, the day before the Palo Alto Concours. The drive begins at the the Nordstroms parking lot in Stanford Shopping Center at 9 AM for a "sneak preview" car show. Coffee and snacks will be available for purchase at the Nordstroms coffee shop.

At 10 AM, the CHP will lead our procession for a drive over to the coast. Your souvenir route book will point out historic locations along the way, comparing then and now. We plan to have a "loop-back" in the route, so you'll be able to see your fellow participants coming the other way.

Th e '05 Drive will conclude back on this side of the mountains with a fabulous catered lunch. You'll still have the afternoon free to prepare for the Palo Alto Concours dinner that evening and the concours the next day.

The cost of this special event is just $55/person, and part of your entry fee will be donated to the Palo Alto Lion's Club charity as well. Advanced registration is required. So come out and join the fun, and see, hear, and smell all those wonderful machines in motion. (Street-legal, complete vehicles with adequate safety equipment, please.)
