POLICIES
Reservations
Site reservations are first-come, first-served. Reservations are valid only with the payment of the appropriate fee. The Vendors and Exhibitors application must be signed and dated. The deadline for applications and fees is May 1, 2008.
Space Assignment
Though every effort will be made to assure the location requested is available, the Palo Alto Concours d'Elegance reserves the right to assign sites or make other changes which are, at our discretion, necessary to the operation of the event.
Information Packets
Information, including maps, space, exhibitor tickets and additional purchased tickets, will be sent to each vendor and exhibitor prior to the Concours.
Refunds
Refunds will be available for cancellations made on or before June 2, 2008. After June 2, 2008, there will be no refunds.
GUIDELINES Credentials
You and your staff will need passes for the event. With your Vendor or Exhibitor site you will receive two special tickets. If you need more, they are available for $25 each.
Exhibit Setup
You will receive a map with the location of the vendor and exhibitor entrance in your information packets. Please set up your exhibit on Sunday, June 22, 2008, between 7:30 and 9:30 am. Arrangements can be made for Saturday set-up if requested. Tear-down is between 4:30 and 6:00 pm.
Equipment
Please bring whatever display materials, tables, chairs and props you need. Remember, we usually have beautiful sunny weather and shade is useful. There is no electrical power on the field and generators are permitted. If you have a generator, you must also bring a fire extinguisher.

The Concours d'Elegance is the major fund-raising event of the Palo Alto Host Lions Club. Everyone here is a volunteer working to help you, and our event, be successful. Please enjoy your day with us.
