PALO ALTO WELCOMES
LINCOLN & JAGUAR

After many years of featuring just one automobile at the Palo Alto Concours, this year's show will feature two distinguished Marques. Lincoln will represent the American Marque and Jaguar will represent the European Marque. Both of these cars are part of Ford Motor Co's Premier Automotive Group.

The Lincoln display will be organized by Mr. Jack Passey, long-time col- lector and CCCA judge. Jack was also involved in organizing last year's Packard exhibit and, for those of you who were there, 86 Packards on our field was an impressive sight. Jack will help the Concours determine the Lincoln classes and will also organ- ize the judges that will be needed. Jack can be reached at (831) 728-4738. Invitations and registration will be handled by the Concours. More information will be available on the Concours web site (www.paconcours. com) as we get closer to the event.

The Jaguar display will be organized by Mr. Pat Shasby. The Jaguar Associate Group organized and presented "The Drive," our Driving Tour on Saturday last year, and Pat was the main reason it was such a success. The Jaguar Associate Group will again organize "The Drive" for the Concours, and more information on our driving tour will be available as we get closer to the Concours. Pat has agreed to act as liasion between the Jaguar Associate Group and the Concours, and will assist in determining classes and organizing judges. Pat can be reached at (408) 867-1265. As we are doing with Lincoln, invitations and registration will be handled by the Concours.

The intent of the Concours is to present the very best examples of each Marque in an appropriate setting on our field. We look forward to working with Lincoln and Jaguar to make this year's show one of the best we have ever had.
